ok people, it might take a long time for me to make my banner cause my dad said i would get an e-mail address soon, cause i am using my dad's but i will enter the banner contest, hopefully. and can i use little figures for the banner contest? i will also draw stuff too. i'm asking cause i need to get my stuff ready so please answer me back.

You can use anything you want as long as there is no tracing and your not stealing ideas from others.

u won't be able to show it from your comp. u should show it on any site first. I for example show it on DeviantART. u can choose any site where u can show your work Smile

How do you create banners?

Well you can draw the banner out and color it on paper and then scan it onto your computer and put the picture on http://www.deviantart.com/ or on www.photobucket.com and then put the link to the banner on here. Or you can draw it on the computer or do picture manipulation then put it on the two sites and put the link up here.
